Admission Policies and Process
Morning Star School admits students of any race, color, national or ethnic background and accepts students of all religious creeds. Students must be between the ages of 6 and 13 years, have a current psychological evaluation and have a potentially normal or above normal intelligence to be considered for enrollment.
To learn more about the school, please call the office to schedule a time to view a DVD presentation about Morning Star School's proven approach to educating children with learning disabilities.
To be considered for enrollment, please complete the admissions application and submit it to Morning Star School along with a recent psychological evaluation and a copy of the student's IEP, if applicable. Once this information is reviewed, an interview will be set up to determine acceptance for registration.
Scholarships are available but are limited. Applicants seeking financial assistance must complete a financial aid application and provide a current 1040 tax return. Morning Star School does participate in the McKay Scholarship program and in the Florida Pride program.
